It is Johnny Warren's first day at his new job as both law firms prepare for mediation, where they can gain an early advantage. An early slip-up by Morgan is seized on by Taylor & Byrne as a chance to tear up the prenup, but Cathcarts & Sons have their own secret weapon in the form of a vulnerability in Carla's case that could blow things wide open.
